Full Journal pdf2003-05-21 House Journal Page 2088 HJR 22 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2062) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22(RLS) Relating to the USA PATRIOT Act, the Bill of Rights, the Constitution of the State of Alaska, and the civil liberties, peace, and security of the citizens of our country. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22(JUD) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 22(RLS), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 22(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 22(RLS)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHJR 22(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
